Creative Lead on KosmoPop

KosmoPop was the virtual clubhouse for K-Pop superfans. We hosted virtual concerts, meet-and-greets, and listening parties with major artists.

I worked directly with Universal Music Group and JYP Entertainment to deliver the first-ever TWICE virtual listening party. As the team’s resident K-Pop expert, I shaped the experience with deep insight into what fans love, ensuring the event felt authentic, exciting, and culturally aligned.

My time on the project was one year during Improbable, starting as a co-lead with a team of 30+ and moving to a solo-lead.

Vision setting

I created treatment decks that helped us pitch confidently to K-pop labels and brought the internal team into alignment around a clear creative vision.

As a genuine K-Pop fan with previous experience designing for this audience, I was able to shortcut months of research and propose creative ideas that resonated such as the light ocean, bias islands, digital photocards, branding and more.

Storyboarding

I storyboarded the TWICE event, creating clarity among the team on the sequence of events for the live show. The storyboard became central to development.

Aligning teams

We ran regular playtests and rehearsals in which I provided feedback on progress and aligned the team.
